Gadi Tirosh, General Partner, Jerusalem Venture Partners.

With his strong background in media related software and internet based R&D organizations, Gadi is a key member of JVP's investment team with strong domain expertise in consumer infrastructure and service provider needs.

Gadi is Board Chairman of Cyber-Ark, Playcast and Siano as well as a board member of ComQi, and Funtactix.

Prior to JVP, Gadi was Corporate Vice President of Product Marketing and a member of the executive committee at NDS, a leader in digital pay-TV systems, supporting some of the largest digital broadcast platforms including DIRECTV, BSkyB and Canal Digital. At NDS, Gadi was responsible for defining the product scope and roadmap for the company, including the development of conditional access for secure broadcast, middleware for digital set-tops and integrated PVR solutions.

Gadi holds a B.Sc. in Computer Science and Mathematics and an Executive MBA from Hebrew University.

Jeremy Kroll - K2 Intelligence

Jeremy Kroll, CEO and co-founder of K2 Intelligence.

Before co-founding K2 Intelligence, Jeremy spent 11 years as an executive at Kroll Inc. where he was responsible for the Information Security Group.  He led the acquisition and integration of Kroll Ontrack, now a $300 million division, before Kroll Inc. was sold to Marsh & McLennan Cos. in 2004.

In addition to his responsibilities overseeing K2 Intelligence’s consulting and investigative operations, Jeremy has led the firm’s strategic development of proprietary software capabilities that greatly enhance the speed, scope and acuity of the K2 Intelligence’s work.

Jeremy holds a BA degree in foreign languages and fine arts from Georgetown University. He received his MBA from Trium, the executive global MBA program offered by NYU Stern, L’École des Hautes Études Commercials (HEC) and the London School of Economics. He is also the co-founder of Kroll Bond Rating Agency, Inc.
