BootCamp Innovation Marathon 2010 will be held in Herziliya Pituach, Israel's finance and technology hub, in cooperation with Microsoft and Standard & Poor's.
The event is aimed at showcasing 24 of Israel's most innovative technology companies that are seeking expansion capital, primarily before the first or second round of institutional financing.
The four sectors that will be promoted are cloud computing, digital media/internet advertising, mobile technology and life sciences. A large majority of members of the Israeli investment community including venture capital funds and corporate investment arms will be in attendance in addition to international investors from VCs such as Mangrove Partners, Index Ventures, Greycroft Partners, Blackberry Partners, Warburg Pincus, AOL Ventures, YL Ventures, and more as well as corporate investors from Deutsche Telekom, AT&T, 3M, Cisco, Qualcomm, Microsoft, Samsung, Philips and more. Alan Patricof, founder of Apax Partners and Greycroft Partners will be arriving in Israel specifically for the event as our honoured guest and keynote speaker.
